Renters must be at least 21 years old. Drivers aged 21–24 are subject to a young driver fee of $250, or a $1,000 security deposit. Renters 25 and older are not subject to this additional fee/deposit.
Vehicles must be returned with fuel level required under the rental agreement. If returned with less fuel than required, the customer will be responsible for the cost of refueling.
Late returns, smoking in the vehicle, and excessive cleaning requirements are subject to additional charges as outlined in the rental agreement.
Renters are responsible for all parking fees, traffic citations, tolls, and other violations incurred during the rental period. These charges may be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the payment method on file.
